Can I come early to decorate or stay late to clean up?

How many people can the space accommodate?
The Living Room seats up to 100 people and includes 11 round 60-inch tables, 4 six-foot rectangular tables (for food, drinks, or extra seating), and Chiavari chairs.
Are linens and décor provided?
Linens and décor are not provided. Renters are responsible for bringing their own table linens, decorations, and any additional setup items.
For the protection of the space, Command hooks or adhesives may not be used on the walls.
Is there access to a kitchen?
There is no access to a kitchen. You are welcome to bring in outside food and drinks.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol is permitted as long as all state and local laws are followed. Renters are responsible for compliance.
Is parking available?
Yes. Additional parking is available in the public lot off Market Street and Locust Street, approximately 1–2 blocks from the venue.
Is the space ADA accessible?
Yes. The Living Room has an ADA-compliant entrance and restroom.
What technology and equipment are included?
The Living Room includes a projector screen with a small projector, a small speaker with microphone, and a smart board / TV for presentations, meetings, or events.

What is included with the kitchen access?
Common Ground includes access to a kitchen area with a sink, counter space, and a small refrigerator. There is no stove or oven available. Renters may bring in outside food and beverages.
How many people can the space accommodate?
Common Ground can seat up to 80 people, depending on layout. Seating and tables include:
3 long picnic-style tables
Each table consists of two halves measuring 30" x 72"
6 halves total
6 small tables measuring 24" x 48"
1 conference table measuring 48" x 96"
1 high-top table measuring 38" x 74"
4 additional tables measuring 30" x 72"
Can I rearrange the tables?
Yes, tables may be rearranged to fit your event needs. All furniture must be returned to its original configuration at the end of your rental.
Is audio/visual equipment available?
Yes. A small speaker with microphone and a smart board / TV are available upon request.
Is the space accessible?
The lower level can be accessed using a wheelchair ramp. Please note that the restrooms are not ADA compliant.
Is parking available?
Yes. Additional parking is available in the public lot off Market Street and Locust Street, approximately 1–2 blocks from the venue.
